LO Congress 2024: Statement on Tesla

In Sweden, Swedish collective agreements shall apply. Including at Tesla. We do not accept their refusal to sign an agreement. The few times we are forced to strike we continue for as long as necessary!

It is a matter of security and co-determination at work.
It is a matter of collectively agreed terms and conditions of pay and employment.
It is a matter of collectively agreed pension.

All workers in Sweden must have Swedish pay and conditions. This also applies to Tesla.

The 30th Congress of the Swedish Trade Union Confederation, LO, stands unanimously behind IF Metall in the fight for a collective agreement at Tesla.
