Trade Union Policy against Discrimination at Work

LO previously produced the policy document »Trade Union Feminism« concerning the conditions of women and men at work and in society. lo has also carried out extensive integration work. Now it is time to take another step in the struggle to achieve workplaces that are free of discrimination and fair, with the focus on everyone's equal value and rights. In 2007 and 2008, a cross-union group worked on los attitude to discrimination at work on the basis of sexual orientation or gender identity.
